At The Sassy Noona, we want you to love your purchase. If you're not completely satisfied, we accept returns and exchanges within 14 days of delivery.

Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unused, unworn, and in its original packaging. You may also be asked to provide proof of purchase.

To request a return, please contact us at standingovation.llc7@gmail.com within 14 days of receiving your order. If your return is approved, we'll provide you with instructions on how and where to send your item. Please do not send items back without first contacting us and receiving return instructions.

Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to an incorrect, defective, or damaged item received from us.
